As mentioned in the help texts of the setup dialog, options 1 and 2 are excluding options.
IDE wins ;-)

We either download sikuli-ide.jar or sikuli-script.jar in any case and
the corresponding run....cmd is exported in the step "... adding native
stuff ..."

Anyway: if you do not get the final confirmation, that Sikuli should
work, something happened and might be noted in the setup log.
