Is Dropbox generally blocked, or only specific file types, that are
executable?

Just for a test: I have duplicated the jar file as .txt:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/42895525/SikuliX-1.0.1/sikuli-script-1.0.1.txt

If this does not work, I can send you the jar per mail as a zipped attachment (about 10MB).
