Re: [Question #234634]: [1.0.1] Download during new setup is failing
Question #234634 on Sikuli changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/234634
Status: Solved => Open
Akbar is still having a problem:
I downloaded the zip package "Sukuli-1.0.1-Offline-Setup-IDE-option1".
There are 2 jars in the package - sikuli-ide-1.0.1 and sikuli-
macapp-1.0.1 and a ReadMe file. The file contents are below. When run
the SetUp again, it didnt recognize the jars and showed the options menu
again.
ReadMe-Sukuli-1.0.1-Offline-Setup-IDE-option1
=============================================
After you downloaded the latest version of sikuli-setup-jar:
1. you have downloaded this package, to setup the IDE package offline
2. you have put the unzipped stuff
-- sikuli-ide-1.0.1.jar
-- sikuli-macapp-1.0.1.jar (only of value on a Mac ;-)
into a folder named Downloads, that you created
in the folder containing sikuli-setup.jar
Now run setup again and carefully read what it is saying.
Setup will detect the local versions of the wanted packages and
use them instaed of downloading them.
Do not try to use the downloaded stuff as is - it has to be
processed by setup, to be useable.
If you do it even so, be sure to get weird errors ;-)
