Ok, the difference between intention and reality ;-)

... but Vision definitely is not intended for public use (this setParamters() addition was some quick and dirty thing by the former developer).
Everything "public" is in the Region and Finder classes currently.

Settings is a mess currently,  but has some public aspects based on the documented settings.
But latest with 1.1, this will no longer be so, since I plan to totally revise the user (persistent) preferences and runtime (dynamic) preferences anyway.

BTW; not intended for public use does not mean "not accessible". This only means not documented as a public feature and subject to change without notice. 
So if you want to use features in org.sikuli.basics, feel free to do so at your own risk,
The source is available at the above link and javadocs can be produced at wish.
