Is the IDE's menu bar available?

If yes, what happens if you use the toggle command bar from menu view?
(CTRL+L)

Any other things, that might help to narrow the cause: multi monitor?

  [1.0.1] IDE: with CommandBar: does not always open first time

Bug description:
  
  Sometimes when open Sikuli IDE the command window will open but Sikuli IDE does not.
  I have to close the command window and retry starting Sikuli IDE.

  After about the third time I give up and go into the registry and delete Sikuli -> Ide setting.
  Once the registry has been deleted Sikuli IDE opens correctly.

  I'm assuming that the registry setting are getting corrupted some how.
