I am getting below error while extracting jar file using java -jar sikuli-setup.jar

[error (9/27/13 5:17:32 PM)] FileManager: problems while downloading
No route to host: connect
[error (9/27/13 5:17:35 PM)] RunSetup: Fatal error 001: not able to download: sikuli-java-1.0.1.jar
[debug (9/27/13 5:17:35 PM)] RunSetup: Download ended
[error (9/27/13 5:17:37 PM)] RunSetup: download not completed successfully
[error (9/27/13 5:17:37 PM)] RunSetup: ... terminated abnormally :-(

environment using:
Win7(64-bit)
