Since Sikuli does not create/deliver any executables (besides the convenience command files runIDE and runScript, that allow to run without the need to specify a Sikuli system path entry) for now, nothing is created in Program Files. 
SikuliX 1.0.1 is completely run from the setup folder (c:\SikuliX in your case)
