For now, I can create an additional Git repo SikuliX-Natives, that contains the source tree, as it is contained in the downloadable package

(this contains a template to build VisionProxy.so)

Bug description:
  Hi,

  As I understand it, the VisonProxy native lib isn't an external
  dependency but an internal component of Sikuli. As such, its source
  tree should be available from github as well, with a proper 1.0.1 tag.
