I use "call" in my batch files... see here http://ss64.com/nt/call.html
like this:

@CALL c:\SikuliX\runIDE.cmd -r c:\SikuliX\testprogram1.sikuli
@CALL c:\SikuliX\runIDE.cmd -r c:\SikuliX\testprogram2.sikuli
