- should work again after stopping and restarting the IDE.

It seems to be remembered after using run in slow-motion the first time
in an IDE session.

Bug description:
  I am coming across with this problem on Silkuli1.0.1 
  Whenever I am running the code whether by short cut key "Ctrl+R" it is getting run in slow motion
  Because of this issue My code is getting failed.
