Nothing happened with your provided solution, only  the sikuli IDE  gets open and then I tried to click the picture it is not getting clicked
one more thing after opening new instance only once it allows me select the item whose image i want to click and then even on pressing the short cut key 'CTRL+shift+2' there  is not effect.

Please solve my problem early.

  I am unable to take the image in the code

Status in Sikuli:

Bug description:
  I am working on Sikuli 1.0.1 on windows 7 32-bit
  Earlier I was able to take the image but now it is not allowing me to click the image also I have restarted the sikuli instant.
  please revert back my work has got stuck.
