It seems to happen, while the IDE is internally trying to convert the
script to the HTML version, that is generally created with version RC3
when a script is saved.

It might have something to do with the length of the script, but this
area is not easily debuggable.

Since I have stopped to support the RC3 version with respect to such
magic errors, I suggest to upgrade to version 1.0.1.

But please read carefully starting here: http://www.sikuli.org/download.html
before doing anything in that direction.

Be aware: SikuliX 1.0.1 has to be installed outside the program folders
- a good choice is c:\SikuliX

BTW: the creation of the HTML version of the script is switched per
default in 1.0.1
