Sorry, but I cannot reproduce the problem on my 10.9/1.0.1

Any more information?

Run the IDE from command line with option -d and have a look into the
log file for any oddities.

Bug description:
  When clicking on an image in the IDE, the "Pattern Settings" comes up
  with 3 tabs, FIle, Matching Preview, and Target Offset. Clicking on
  Target Offset results in the IDE crashing, every time.
