... and it is possible, since Sikuli 1.0.1 can be run with 64-Bit Java

... so empty your Sikuli setup folder, download setup again and run setup again

  Reproducible: Intermittent

  Desciption: 
  After a long run of Sikuli IDE, user observed an Java error: "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working".  After that Sikuli is terminated

  Window 7
  Sikuli 1.0.1
  Java version 7.0.25
