RaiMan proposed the following answer:
No, there will not be an installer again, because
- there is no need, since you are running the sikulixsetup.jar from the directory where you decided to store it by just double-clicking the jar file in the explorer (same as with a .exe installer)
- with version 1.1.0+ there is no longer any need, to run setup from command line
on any supported Windows or Mac system the only prerequisite is a valid Java 6+ installation.
On Linux the known situation with OpenCV and Tesseract is still valid.
