I'm truly sorry, but I don't understand what you ask.

- I had a situation where the system performance fluctuates. 
Understood.

-  I hard coded the wait times.
Why ? How ?

-But is there any effective way to handle this?
You mean an other way than the wait("img.png") and sleep(10) ?
