sorry, but RC3 is no longer supported with respect to such possible
problems/bugs.
You might try to use version 1.0.1.
But be aware, that the usage pattern is not strictly compatible.
So if you decide to try, read carefully before starting to do anything.
The native libraries (OpenCV, Tesseract, ...) might need to be updated.
The SikuliX libVisionProxy.so has to be built (see supplemental package)

If possible, do not try in your productive environment.
Important:
Before setting up 1.0.1 make everything inactive, that refers to version RC3.
Strictly avoid any mix of RC3 and 1.0.1 on the same system!

Sikuli Version: Sikuli-X-1.0rc3
Description:
I write junit code to test platform. In the code, it called Sikuli to check the UI, compare UI. After the test execute nearly 5 hours, my system memory will be cost, nearly 4G. I search it using Yourkit tool, find sikuli never release memory.
