RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Sikuli IDE supports Python (Jython interpreter) language (+ Ruby (JRuby
interpreter) with version 1.1.0).

With other IDE's like NetBeans, Eclipse you can use any supported Java aware scripting language (able to import Java classes and directly interact with the objects, attributes and methods):
Besides Jython and JRuby: JavaScript, Scala, Clojure, BeanShell, … and surely some more
