looking at your videos, I cannot see, that the type() itself gets
slower, but the pauses until the Terminal prompt comes back after an
type(Key.ENTER) are getting longer.

So I doubt, that this has something to do with Sikuli.

  10.9.2 typing to Terminal gets slower!

Bug description:
  Sikuli Rc3 9.30
  OS X 10.9.2

  When running my test scripts on 10.9 i have one paticullar script that types a lot of update paths to the terminal.
  on 10.8.5 this works flawlessly, but on 10.9 i starts to hang.

  will post 2 links to the same script running on 10.8 and 10.9:
  10.9.2:
  it starts out ok, then gets slower and slower! this takes about 5min

  using the Rc3 as 1.1.0 will not run with my globals(another issue that is reported)
  if i run the type commands manually they work, but somehow sikuli slowesdown.
  any ideea on what to change or look for??
