The page you are talking about is only a helper page for setup and at the top it is clearly stated:
for setup's download --- only download manually for offline setup (see docs)
http://sikulix.com

According to the setup selection dialog the packages are clearly marked to what setup option they belong.
And together with the docs, it should not be a big problem to do the right things.
