[Question #248731]: getting cant find dependent libraries while running sikuli

I know that this question has already been asked.I tried all the options mentioned in there but still not able to run it.I am running 64 bit windows. I have previously ran sikuli but now with some changes i am not able to run it. Please help me, it urgent i have to submit this project for my academics tomorrow.

I have Env path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin; C:\Sanity_Automation\Sikuli_X\libs; C:\Sanity_Automation\Python272; C:\Sanity_Automation\Python272\Scripts; C:\Sanity_Automation\Jython251;

SIKULI_HOME : C:\Sanity_Automation\Sikuli_X\

System Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin; C:\Sanity_Automation\Sikuli_X\libs; C:\Sanity_Automation\Python272; C:\Sanity_Automation\Python272\Scripts; C:\Sanity_Automation\Jython251 included.
