this is version RC3:

You have to assure, that the 32-Bit Windows is used, when using
SikuliRC3 on a 64-Bit windows.

easiest way:

on commandline:
set JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6
… then run the sikuli batch file
