RaiMan proposed the following answer:
sikulixapi.jar MUST be on java class path in any of these working
environments.

… and as already mentioned: the sikuli stuff should not be moved around
in no case. references to it are sufficient in all cases.

Check the Jython docs about how to fill the Java class path correctly.
