Brian Fu proposed the following answer:
I think there are two methods to do it:

1. just simulate mouse action, find out scroll down picture and click it
then find out the exact one item and select it.


2. call an dll or external exe that program execute javascript in that web page to do your selection, but first you need the right to modify the web server source html.
