RaiMan proposed the following answer:
the related docs should have told you (e.g. the infos in the setup dialog), that beginning with 1.1.0 there are only 2 jars left
sikulix - supporting any kind of scripting with the bundled scripting languages (IDE and command line)
sikulixapi - supporting the usage with Java and any Java aware (scripting) language.
