ok, sorry, then you do not have a chance with the current OCR implementation in Sikuli.
Improvements are planned for version 1.2. Betas might be available towards end of this year.

But since you are programming in Java, you might have a look at Tess4J
(this package will be used in SikuiX-1.2) and try to implement your own
OCR.
