I want some help on  how to automate sending an email of a real-time graph which is updated very frequently. It will be nice to capture the whole window or portion of a window and send and email every 30 minutes or less. I use Windows 8 / 7. The graphical  software is written for Windows 7/8. 

Please some one help as I am new this concept.
