and if OCR is enabled it happens all the time?

I am not sure, but I think, that is fixed in 1.1.0 already.

  Sikuli Version: 1.0.1

  Description:

  Sikuli crash after user open it and and click on some image.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Sikuli (With some Script )
  2. Click on some script image
  3. Verify if image settings is displayed

  
  Current results

  Application Crash and doesn't display image setting

  Expected results

  Application shall display image settings
