The reason might be:
- hosted on Amazon
- responsible the former developer Tom Yeh
might be that the payment was not prolonged yet.

workaround:
use 
http://sikulix-2014.readthedocs.org/en/latest/index.html

until available again.

This is still principally the same content since I have not yet done any
vital updates for the versions 1.0.0+ ;-)
