I was using 1.0.1 and got this crash (using Win7 and multiple monitors).
I switched to Beta 4 and I don't exactly get a crash, but this still
doesn't work correctly.

When I click the Target Offset tab, the UI doesn't update.  It continues
to display the File or Marching Preview tab UI...whichever was displayed
before you clicked Target Offset.

I can click  OK/Apply/Cancel, but I can't actually edit the offset
because I get no UI to do so.

Not sure if I should open a new bug for this or not.

Bug description:
  When clicking on an image in the IDE, the "Pattern Settings" comes up
  with 3 tabs, FIle, Matching Preview, and Target Offset. Clicking on
  Target Offset results in the IDE crashing, every time.
