Im sorry,

as i said above in the beginning  of my question was wrong because :

the new path to reach the Instructions.txt file is :
"C:\\Users\\Richi\\Astrator\\Instructions.txt"

not  : "C:\\Users\\Richi\\Desktop\\Instructions.txt"
