Christoph is still having a problem:
with "$array = new Array("","");" it gets me an "Can't find method
org.sikuli.scriptrunner.JythonScriptRunner.runScript(string,java.io.File,object,null).".
I'm will try the beta.

change your dashboard.bat/sahi.bat to load the sikuli-script.jar.
Build a testscript like sikuli-test.sah (i'm editing it with a normal editor or the web-editor from sahi in the pro version) and put it under userscript/sikuli-test.sah.
Execute it via sikuli-gui and watch the result in userdata/logs/* or web-log (in sahi pro).
