there seems to be a problem in the C++ code and worse with the SWIG
generated JNI code.

Sorry, but I cannot help you in the moment, since the version 1.1.0 is
not that complete (it does not need any Sikuli C++ libraries any more,
since everything is on the Java level - only OpenCV is needed).

So if you want to get further, you would have to debug the
libVisionProxy (I have no idea how that goes).

If you tell me more about your general intention, I could give you maybe
more hints.
