  sikuli crash when rename identically 2 .png

Bug description:
  hello , on windows 7 64 bits OS , with latest version .

  
  when i am copying a .png and paste it in IDE ,  we rename the  two . png with the same name , this create a big crash , IDE don t want to save anything and we need to reboot PC .
