RaiMan proposed the following answer:
ok, nevertheless.

But before doing anything else, just open the IDE and close all existing tabs.
Close and reopen IDE from command line with options -d 3 -c

in the Untitled script enter
print exists(capture(0,0,100,100))

and run this without saving the script.

Have a look at the command line output.
