It is sufficient, to post the first few lines (the ones referencing
Sikuli stuff).

-- FindFailed: File Invite.png not exists
in RC3 either means, that the file Invite.png cannot be found in the current image path or if it is there, it cannot be found in the given region on the screen.

More I cannot say, since I do not know your code.
