--- for each setup run
- clear the setup folder except for sikulixsetup-1.1.0.jar and the Downloads folder
- copy sikulixlibsxxx-1.1.0.jar from Downloads folder to setup folder as sikulixlibsxxx.jar
- run setup

I was using offline setup process, but always got the following error:
