workaround doesn't work..

each time sikulixlibswin-1.1.0-20141030.001217-44.jar can be downloaded
nor did 1.1.0-2.jar

 --- Native support libraries for Windows (sikulixlibs...)

  - with Jython

 1.1.0-2.jar (Java API)
 Only click NO, if you want to terminate setup now!
 Click YES even if you want to use local copies in Downloads!
