Peter gave more information on the question:
Even more weirdness, setting s.setScreen(new DesktopScreen(1)); seems to
work, even though the browser is starting on the main monitor

And another weirdness:
                Canvas canvas = new DesktopCanvas();
                canvas.addLabel(foundRegion, "Hello World").display(4);

Will showup on the second monitor not the first
