[Question #257947]: Is it possible to select an image automatically from array of multiple images based on their availibility on screen at runtime?

In my application, i am running single script on multiple release branches so occasionally i face problem with two or more branches using different versions of same image and to deal with it, i need to manually comment out images in image repository. 

So, is there any easy way to deal with this?

Like one version on black background and another one on white background.
