I cannot reproduce this behavior with version 1.1.0
especially ma.highlight(2, "green"); works for me.

Sure, that r is the ROI you are talking about?

Check your Capturar2.png that it does not contain to much background
(images might "look" the same, but might not be seen so by Sikuli, since
every differing pixel counts)
