is the Scale Invariant Template matching in latest version?

I have been trying to implement the scale invariant template matching in Sikuli,

Could you please help me with the steps - so i can implement it with OpenCV.

Could you please help on how do sikuli call the native OpenCV matchTemplate() C++ function via Java ( via jni)

a simple java example (that calls opencv c++ fn) ?
