retano confirmed that the question is solved:
Ok, seems .skl was the problem.  Now it is working

I used the same RC3 version, the same scripts in root of R:\, the only
difference is in terminal command (call for main.sikuli not main.skl)

R:\work\Sikuli-r931-win32\Sikuli-IDE\Sikuli-IDE.exe -r R:\main.sikuli
