  Shift KeyModifiers doesn't work with special keys

Status in Sikuli:

Bug description:
  type(Key.UP, KeyModifier.SHIFT)

  The Shift keymodifier does not seem to work with Key.CONSTANT. I have
  tried a couple of different ones in a couple of different target
  programs (notepad excel). and it doesn't seems to ignore the modifier.

  32bit XP
