joe fu is still having a problem:
I've tried using paste() with version 1.1.0, it doesn't paste the correct characters for high-ascii and non-ascii
any idea?

paste("Aa1!@#%^&*(師屋)+={}éÜ")

output:

Aa1!@#%^&*(å¸«å±‹)+={}Ã©Ãœ
