  wait(image,delay) not working in Windows8

Bug description:
  Hi,
  I have automated a windows app in windows Xp and 7.

  Now, I wanted to automate the same app in Windows8.

  I installed the machine with jre7 and sikuli 1.0.1 jar (64 bits).

  When I tried to run a function that was working in previous platforms,
  basically wait(image,delay) I've find out that Sikuli wasn't taking
  into account the delay as it did in previous versions.

  I found this issue
  https://github.com/sikuli/sikuli/issues/29
  that spots more or less the same problem. But it's more than one year old. So, I suppose it should be fixed.

  Please, could you try to reproduce the issue and fix it?
