Brandon Gray confirmed that the question is solved:
@RaiMan  I do not however, I restarted my computer aND was still having
the issue.

Later I ended up just shut down the computer completely for the night
and when I tried again the next day the issue had resolved itself.

Don't know what caused it in the first place though.
