utilizei o comando 

java -jar C:\Sikulix\sikulix.jar -r C:\Sikulix\Logar.skl

and the following message appears

WARNING: Could not open/creat prefs root node Sofware\javaSoft\Prefs at root 0x80000002. Windows RegCreateKeyEx(...)
returned error code 5.
