emrah erden confirmed that the question is solved:
In addition to your comment,  I have also added the 2 lines to the top
of my code:

from org.sikuli.basics.proxies import Vision
Vision.setParameter("MinTargetSize", -600)

It is working much better now. Almost 90% efficiency, rarely missing .
But I will continue looking for improvements.
