How I created it?:

Right click on the project, export -> runnable jar -> Library handling:
(standard option) Extract required libraris into generated JAR ->finish.
I get a warning that the libraries require repacking etc.

There are two other option:

Package required libraries into generated JAR
Copy required libraries into a sub-folder next to the generated JAR
